Question: Is VAT and insurance included in daily rental price?
Answer:No, VAT and insurance will be added.

Question: How old do you have to be to rent a car?
Answer: The minimum rental age is 25, a valid driving license or an international permit is required.

Question: Is the petrol full at delivery?
Answer: You have 2 options;
1. You can rent a full tank which will be charged at delivery
2. If you rent with an empty tank you bring the car empty, the fuel in your car is not refundable.

Question: Can I collect the car from any local adress or at the border in North Cyprus?
Answer: Yes, car can be delivered to any requested location. It is free delivery and collection.

Question: Who is permitted to drive the car?
Answer: Only the approved person(s) by the Trip Rent A Car Ltd. can drive the car.

Question: Can I hire the car for one day?
Answer: Although our minimum rental period is 3 days we have a special offer, which consists of 1 day rent plus 3 days insurance.

Question: How can I extend my rental period?
Answer: One phone call, fax or e-mail to Trip Rent A Car Ltd. is enough.

Question:What happens if I have problem with the car?
Answer: Just give a call toTrip Rent A Car Ltd. at any time day or night and our mechanists will provde a emergency help.

Question: How can I pay?
Answer: Cash, traveller cheques or by credit cards.

Question: Can you bring the car to the local airport?
Answer:Yes we can. You will be meet by Trip Rent A Car Ltd. representative at the airport with a sign at your name on a board at arrivals.

Question: Can the car be booked in advance with payment made at the time of collection?
Answer: Yes, you can book in advance and pay at the time of delivery. You can cancel or change dates by phone, fax or e-mail.

Question: Can I reserve a specific make or model?
Answer: Yes, plase confirm your car features at the time of reservation. Trip Rent A Car Ltd. reserves the right to substitute make or model of the car in the circumstances beyond our control.
